Offset Print/Lithography

For high volume printing where the utmost degree of colour accuracy is required, we generally recommend taking the lithographic route. We house a full range of lithographic and letterpress machinery ranging in sheet size from B2 down. Our highly skilled printing machinists/technicians are all trade qualified and trained to operate in accordance with ISO 9001: 2000 stipulations.

We currently have four state-of-the-art litho printers in-house, most recently updated in 2005:Komori 426 (4 colour, maximium sheet size B2), Oliver 66 (single colour, max. size B2), Itek 3980 (single colour, max. size A3), and Ryobi 3302 (two colour, max. size A3). Our machines can accommodate a maximum printable area of 470 x 650 mm. One to four colour work can be catered for, as well as mono and spot colour. The range of materials which can be handled by our machines is limited only in terms of a maximum admissable weight of 400 grammes per square meter (gsm).

Lithographic printing is especially appropriate for such products as self-funded books, magazines, annual reports, posters, point-of-sale, promotional material, calendars, and so on.
