A History in Print

Peninsula Print was set up in 1986 by two local entrepreneurs: Don Bell, a printer with over 20 years’ experience in the trade and Gary Withers BSc., whose background was in costings and project management in several different sectors of industry. In 2002, Gary became sole owner-manager of the company. As of this year, Peninsula Print is a limited company, with Gary Withers as Managing Director.

Today Peninsula Print has 23 employees, including a skilled in-house design team, an experienced production department and a highly competent team of warehousing and delivery staff.

In terms of quality assurance, we have the industry seal of approval, with full ISO 9001:2000accreditation in Colour and Commercial Design and Print.

Since our inception almost 20 years ago, our focus has always been to offer our clients a highly cost-effective printing service with the very best turnaround times and the benefit of honest, down-to-earth expert advice. Our track record and large client portfolio are the proof that we have managed to remain consistent to these original goals.

As a company, however, Peninsula Print has also expanded and grown in many different ways over the years. Our determination to stay ahead of the competition means that we have continually capitalised on past successes to invest in state-of-the-art printing technology and develop the range of our services. This, along with the simultaneous launch of our design department, means that we truly deserve our reputation as a versatile, flexible and highly professional commercial print operation committed to timely delivery and high quality production.
