Colour in Design and Nature

00News December, 12

At Peninsula Print we have been working alongside The Ulster Wildlife Trust to support a free educational programme known as Colour and Design in Nature. The Ulster Wildlife Trust is a local conservation charity which helps to look after Northern Ireland wildlife.

The Colour in Design and Nature programme covers 20 local Primary Schools across Newtownards and North Down and educates children on the importance of conservation of wildlife in Northern Ireland.  Pupils explore how wildlife use colours to camouflage and protect themselves from predators and how many human designs have been inspired by nature for use in our everyday lives.

We hope that by educating local children on the importance of nature and wildlife to Northern Ireland that they will learn to respect their surroundings and community in the future.

Happy Customers at Peninsula Print

At Peninsula Print we pride ourselves on our customer service, we believe that is what sets us apart from the competition. We were delighted to receive this email from one of our clients this morning:

“I am a regular customer of yours and I had ordered 5000 A5 leaflets from Anthony to meet the deadline of delivery for today. The leaflets have just arrived after me thinking it was too late for them to be delivered. I was very impressed with the service from Anthony out of hours as he mentioned if they did not arrive he would collect them in the morning and deliver them personally to me in Newry in the morning as the client needed them for tomorrow. I was also impressed with the delivery driver Roly as he was very friendly and mentioned he would never let anyone down. I must say these 2 people are certainly an asset to your company going above and beyond the call of duty out of  hours so to speak.”
